Jab = knockout

Well that blinking cold knocked me out today, which meant I had to cancel my flu jab. I don’t know whether to laugh or cry, because given last year’s performance I was only going to end up with the flu. Lol!

First IBD Patient Panel meeting as Chairman tonight, some very interesting discussions of the troubles facing IBD services in Wales. KPIs being set in the NHS which are driving incredible behaviour, it seems the patient is the last thing on their mind. Utter madness!
