We went in search of Christie Falls near Ladysmith. We walked another road instead of yesterday's road and found the waterfalls, four of them on Bush Creek.

The bridge that I came upon yesterday is two hundred and thirty meters from the trail to the waterfalls. I was close. This afternoon I returned to yesterday's beaver pond to make another photograph at a wider angle.

The stump has notches where fallers placed planks that were stood upon when felling the tree.

I am hoping to photograph again Christie Falls tomorrow morning.

The bridges and the road are part of the Trans Canada Trail.
