I see - the cupboard is empty

Today started with a plan! Not for long though as the car was sick. I felt a "blip" coming on hence my pic which I later discovered has a reflection of my new eye, how strange, not sure how I managed that! The trip to ASDA after dropping Meg off to work halted, as did the car!

Fortunately the car recovery team rescued me within 30 mins, was impressed with that. However when the car showed no signs of sickness the mechanic suggested following us home. That was lucky because as I headed off along Marine Parade (incidentally the crocks race from London was also in flow along this road) my car became sick again. Perhaps I should have entered the competition hahah.

Luke (the mechanic and past school friend of Ryan) reacquainted and sorted me a new "crank sensor" and we headed straight home (no weekly shop was achieved though).

Plans readjusted - I was still on track to lunch with Patricia & Terrell which was lovely, Wilma had arrived from Australia which was an added bonus.

Now home it's time to recap with Ryan, complete documents for work and prepare for Monday at work, and catch up with you guys ;)
