Cake!

Productive afternoon in the kitchen. Managed to crack the lemon cake this time after my previous disaster! This time I used a loaf tin cake case so I had no issues with removing the bugger from the tin :-) Also knocked up a few flap jacks for the lunch boxes (yep back to all that as of tomorrow *sigh*)

Did a mean slow cooked lamb shoulder for dinner this evening (well I'm told it was mean- I'm a vegetarian) and we had our first sprouts of the season, much to the kids delight disgust! Time for some feet up with glass of wine now. 5 weeks until my next week of annual leave....
