Anyone that know me knows I would give my eye teeth to get a picture of woodpecker. Well.. today I heard the stellar jays making a lot of noise. I went to the glass door and 2 not 1 woodpeckers, along with a few blue jays were on my feeder. I picked up my camera, raised it to my eye and bam they flew away. NO PICTURE.... I sat outside after this with my camera ready but to my disappointment no woodpeckers came back.
