Yay fireworks! An hour to get there (underground not working due to a fire) and an hour to get back (bus? What bus?) but it was worth it for 20 minutes of pyrotechnics. Well, I think it was. Anyway at least we've been because we never have. And we had fun and J managed to get all the way there and back.

Birthday errands took me to the badlands of Newton Mearns today. Luckily birthdays happen only once a year because I wouldn't rush to go back..
