Bring on the Clouds

A really dull, grey and overcast day, it felt like the night was drawing in before we had even got to lunchtime. It was very late afternoon that I (Chris) noticed the light finally breaking through the clouds so I quite literally grabbed a photo opportunity on the phone for today's blip.

Annie has continued her working week by driving up from Leeds to Edinburgh this evening. It would probably have been more scenic in the daylight!

A great evening at the camera club tonight where we hosted a regional competition round with our club competing against three others. Loads of great images to see and be inspired by. I was very fortunate to have one of mine in amongst our club entry and it scored a maximum mark, 20 and a star. We won the overall round too so a good night all round.
