On Reflection

Monday started early for Annie, an IT incident call came in at 1.20am this morning. Once I'd established there was no impact on the services I (Chris) look after, I'm afraid I was back to sleep. For Annie it was a long night. Tonight she's been on the road to Leeds. A long day.

For me it was back to club running and a tough hill efforts session. The temperatures are falling but it didn't take too long to warm up!
