Termite War- Last stage

So the termites have been gone for over a month now, so my landlord finally decided to change my tatami mats. They ended up changing 5 (of 12) mats from termite damage this year and last. This is the worst mat. When I show people, they are confused about which part of the tatami this is, they can't believe it's the top.

The only downsides about the tatami is the strong tatami smell (it's a thing, but cannot be explained), which will persist for a few months I think. Also, the new tatami is likely to mold in the summer... just when I thought I was safe...
