Sweet Potato Harvest

One of the great things about working at a small school is that I get to participate in special events like last month's sumo and today's sweet potato harvest. Although it wasn't a scheduled day for that school, I didn't have classes at my junior high so I got to go for the afternoon. I spent most of the time taking pictures of my wonderful students, but I did get my hands in the dirt and contribute to that giant pile of sweet potatoes. Keep in mind that the kids in this photo are the entire student body (38 kids). Wonderful.
