'I am the Alpha Female! Are you challenging me?'

Returning this afternoon from a visit near Newmachar I decided to reconnoitre in the car a 20-odd mile cycle ride for some happy morning this month, and found some seriously lovely Aberdeenshire views along side roads I had never travelled.

I can go back to to Blip some of them, taking my camera with me on the cycle. Does this give me the authority to purchase a pocket size quality digital single lens camera, to cut down weight when I am supposed to be powering up a hill? Mmm! Perhaps I need a bigger and much better excuse than that!

Among a number of blip possibilities, including a new angle on our local 'mountain', this small herd of Highland Cattle caught my attention…
