Pansy

Pansies "stand for great charm, a gentle, loving nature and loyal friendship."

I had coffee today with a friend who has all the above qualities and more. She has such a positive outlook on life despite having many problems including a disabled husband with major health worries and she herself faces yet more surgery next week. Over the years she has probably had a hundred operations but never ever complains and helps and thinks about others before herself. She always has a friendly word with everyone and will go out of her way for anyone and never once have I heard her complain about anything. Yet she has limited vision and hand control, has cancer and is confined to a wheelchair and says her problems are all ‘part of life’s tapestry’ and she has a lot for which to be thankful.
