On Top of the World

Well not quite on top of the world, but Bud seemed to think so!! He was just pleased to be looking down on Poppy, who looked up at me whilst I looked up at him!

Boring morning spent in Raigmore waiting for my appointment to have my hearing aids adjusted. I have just started wearing them and I much prefer life without them! I like living in a quiet, muted world, everything is so brash now.

However, the dogs and I had a great afternoon on one of our favourite walks, through the pine trees and up Ormonde Hill (Ormonde Mound really). They always go mad on the top, chasing each other round and round through the grass and up and down the slope. I just stand and watch them and gaze at the view. We nearly got drowned on the way back but just made it to the car in time.

All in all not a bad day.
