...I'm tired of feeling down.

It seems that no matter how hard we try the days are always heavy hearted since Scout disappeared two weeks ago. You wouldn't think losing a cat could bring a whole family down. Maybe it was what he symbolised as much as what he was.

Got a bit annoyed at work today. People need to listen more and communicate better. Maybe every office is the same but it still irks.

Cooked a pretty cool three course meal tonight. Feta and butter bean pate to start. Smoked fish with poached egg and cavalo nero to follow. And a homemade Eton mess with pomegranate syrup to finish, followed by a Jack Daniels liqueur coffee.
