Spectacle is Everywhere

I've been thinking about what I wrote in my last post and how it fits in with the repetitious mundanity of daily life. What's the point in posting here? Isn't it just yet another social network to feel a sense of obligation for?

My teacher Alistair has recently written about cultivating a play mentality and that, I think, is what blipping here really offers a chance to do. Our pictures don't have to be award winning, nor do our words have to change lives. But we can be truly ourselves here, try out whatever we like for no reason at all, and play with relaxed minds. Cool.
