A Day Worth Recording

Back in the dark ages I played in a folk band. I won't give you the link because the photos, like my singing, are terrifying enough to be classified as a key part of this country's defence strategy.

I provided the percussion. However, some songs didn't need any, so, one festival, I thought I'd dabble in a concertina to accompany the slower ballads. It didn't really work for me - too many buttons.

It's now been unused by three people and remains 'nearly new'.

Time to add the great pile of stuff recycling its way around eBay, hence photographing it.

Visited the Regional College this morning with Cupcake, with a view to him doing an art foundation course during his 'gap' year.

The electronic 'registration' process for the day was, um, interesting. We could manage 'name' and 'postcode' OK but when it came to age the options were:

Under 18
19-24
25+

OK, so like which button does an 18-year-old Cupcake press? Clearly maths isn't one of the college's strengths.
