Why are there never any magazines of even the remotest interest to the average male in waiting rooms?

Maybe Real Men can take the trauma of waiting, without the need for distraction.

Maybe Real Men don't want to be reminded of Sticky Baked Apples with Calvados Glaze when someone's about to poke sharp pointy things into the tooth that's just broken.
