New roof

A crew of four workers has been on our roof since 7 am...that's over 10 hours, stapling, pounding, thumping, nailing and just generally making lots and lots of noise. Gulliver does not know what to make of these very loud proceedings. I've been told they will only have a couple of hours left for tomorrow, and the job will be finished. Yay! No more leaks! At least that is what we hope.

Despite a weather forecast that called for rain and maybe thunder storms, it has been clear, sunny, and hot all day. For that we are very thankful.
