Moonshine

A rather beautiful half moon appeared this evening as the skies cleared and the light faded. It was still and cold out and the smell of wood smoke hung in the air. There is something special about going for a walk at dusk - watching people put on their lights and light their fires, and seeing the birds fly home to roost.

A day of doing work, making soup and a couple of short walks to boost my soul.
