Getting better with Pimms!

Had such a nice sleep for a change. Weird not waking up to seeing anyone in my room! Such a comfy bed too. I had a very yummy/healthy breakfast at 10 and had a long chat to Duncan whilst munching away. Met one of Max's friend who was really nice. Jess had two friends over as they are filming a monologue for school so they don't have to so it in front of their class! Lucy came back at 10.30 and both of us headed to the market. The market was so cool, it was so nice being able to walk along and not be harassed by any Asian people! We both had some amazing frozen yoghurt with fruit mixed in. It was so good. Whilst sitting down some Aus people heard my voice and told me they missed England! Apparently the little child said to his Mum 'when are we going to go back' when he heard my voice. Bought lots of fruit and even some popcorn as we had a free tester and they were pretty good! Parking was crazy so we had to walk all the way up this steep hill with our bags. It was pretty busy. Had a good lunch with bread, avocado, tomatoes, ham and salami. Max, his friend, Lucy and I all headed to the beach. It is a 20 minute drive to Noosa from their house. Dropped the boys off to go snorkelling. Lucy and I then walked over to the beach. It is so nice and the street with all the cafes and restaurants is cool. Think it would be fun to work there. Saw lots of Turkish turkeys that steal everyones food on the beach! Sat on the beach and chatted. It was unbelievably windy. So, Lucy and I got pretty sandy! When we met back up with the boys they showed me a koala. First wild koala I have seen, only saw its bum though! We all relaxed before going out to eat at the hostel. Dropped off Jess's friend on the way. Max is so funny, always making jokes. We went to surf club first and had a drink. Quite a cool place. However, the wind made everyone quite cold. So all of the 'children' including me went to the hostel early and we all player pool. Girls won eventually, no one had any skill in the game whatsoever. Playing on fluke shots! We all had a lovely supper. Had some salmon. I was being told about Lesley at supper and how crazy she can be. Apparently, she walked into a shop with Jess and said 'those shoes are sick'! Would never imagine a Granny saying that. Played pool again sadly lost our victory. Chatted to some girls at the hostel and asked them about prices and stuff. They are travelling in a package so didn't get the proper price. Told them all the places to go and stay and what to do in South East Asia when they told me where they were off too. So glad I wasn't travelling in a package. So restricting. We walked back to the car and on the way got some ice creams from an amazing ice cream place. Had Nutella ice cream with hot Nutella sauce on the top... super healthy and super good! Horror stories in the car back to the house. Also heard masses of snake stories already. Apparently in the house that the Sayers were renting when building their house, they had masses of snakes all the time. Luckily they don't get them in the house here just the garden. They get kangaroos and masses of other weird animals around their place! Went to bed with a very full tummy!!
