Jetty by the river

Up before 9 this morning and had a shower before getting some breakfast. Thought all the young ones were up but they were all still asleep. Skyped Emily with Lucy and then Mother. All had a nice chat. I showed Lucy all of my pictures on my phone. Lazy morning. We all grabbed our lunch separately. I had left over vegetable lasagne with avocado and tomatoes. I gave Lucy and Jess their presents. I gave Lucy a Cath Kidston wash bag with some really nice hand cream and I have Jess a Marc Jacobs wash bag with brackets and cool nail files. We all went to the river which is right next to the beach. Had a swim and jumped of the jetty. Masses of bush turkeys there on the look out to steal people's food! Jess and I watched Harvey (the dog) run out of the water and run over to a lady and shake all the water everywhere. We pretended he wasn't our dog! We all walked along the street and everyone got a little snack. Jess wanted to buy a pot of Nutella but in the end got little packets! Dropped off Max's friend. When we got back we brought in the washing and then everyone relaxed. I sorted out my cv whilst chatting to Max. I asked Max for the address to change it on my CV. He said 'what dress, I have lots!' Printed off a copy of my CV so Lucy can photocopy them at work. I was showing Duncan my blipfotos when he got a fire call and had to leave straight away. He is a volunteer for local fires. Yummy tomato pasta for supper and a big fruit salad for pudding along with a bit of chocolate! Watched the inbetweeners with Max. So funny. Had an earlyish bed.
