Dinner party

Today was a good day....because work was relatively painless, appraisal for a staff member, I find it really sad when someone is doing really well yet still says they have confidence issues....Wish it was possible to make someone believed they are a star and they should not listen to one negative person.

we had friends over for dinner (picture is Alan getting in on the act) made a lovely chicken pesto dish which went down well. The men folk then decided to watch the whole of the first series of Alan Partridge. ...it turned into a long night! Both me and my friend had to call time in the end, sleep calling.
