Fancy rubbish cart

Took the cable car up to the Kok Tobe (TV Tower) lookout this morning. Great views over the city (smog and all) and a small amusement park and zoo f It was a nice way to spend a cold but sunny Sunday. Saw this unusual but elaborate Rubbish cart.
