Emergency blip - a work of art

It's been a restful Sunday.

Church first thing and then home for rest. Ben's come home with a cold and isn't 100%, and has not left the house since he arrived on Friday. He really is a home body!

I've been saving this picture for an emergency blip. This is my beloved tapestry. GadgetKid and I made this when we were in our early teens, I did most of it! I love the colours in it and I even had to mend it when working on it as I'd pulled quite hard and tore a line. It's my pride and joy and I really treasure it.

It hung in our family home for a long time before I finally plucked up the courage to ask my dad if I could have it for my home and thankfully he agreed.

Jon's home tomorrow night and our family will be complete again.
