Had a nice day today. Picked up James and went to a Society of Radiographers meeting, which also included it's annual AGM. It was really nice to see friends from the course, plus lecturers and some staff members from placement there. We had a drink afterwards so Craig cycled into Swansea to join us. He turned an 10 mile trip into 32 miles - bit of a detour!

After we got back we went to a newly opened restaurant in our village, a little Italian that opened in a closed down pub. We were celebrating Mams birthday. The husband & wife seem really lovely and the food was gorgeous. Completely stuffed ourselves then headed home. Turned out that Dad thought I was buying Mam a birthday cake and I thought he was buying it. So I grabbed an apple turnover...!
