Almost as eventful as the day of twins' birth. Mountain of dishes still left from previous night's meal when dishwasher decided to pack in. Steve and Ray eventually tracked down integrated machine in Aberdeen and set off. Jody and Aafke got to work on the washing up, now substantially increased by breakfast. Laura and Rachel plonked kids in bath. Dogs barked, Ollie slept (preferring to stay awake and feed at night).

All went to local hotel for tea - excellent - then back home for cake and screening of 'Pitch Perfect'.
