The truth lies somewhere in-between

We always wake up to Radio 4 on the alarm. And it's always the news. And they are always telling us of some report or other that sounds like someone is exaggerating - whether it be the economy or house prices or the effect of our future CO2 emissions or whatever. And it is so bloody London-centric. Today the presenter said, "And the weather... mixed" when what she should have said was cloudy over London but blue skies and sunshine over nearly everywhere else.
