VW Bonkers

It's Vanfest time again in Malvern. Hoards of the bloomin' things have descended upon us. I can understand people being into this kind of Veedub with all its nostalgia and basic oily engines and arty paintwork to tinker with - but there's folk turning up in modern plumber's van stuff.
Now that is bonkers. It'd be like being into late model Ford Transits or Renault Trafics.
That's not a hobby is it?
I've just had a thought: I suppose it's possible that there's also a plumber's convention on in the area. Silly me.
