Sunny day

Still feel crap today. My cough and cold is starting to take shape :-S I wasn't sure I was up to going for a run but eventually decided that it was too beautiful a day not to. The thermal running top was donned and I aimed to take it really easy but got in to my stride and managed 4 miles. Becca came with me on her bike which was good company (as well as making me run a bit faster to keep up with her)!

Topped off the day with a roast dinner and a glass or two of bubbles :-)
