Rowan Tree

I have four rowan trees in my garden but this is the only one still with berries. I think next year I am going to make jelly with them, and so am looking for a good recipe. It's not clear on the photo I took (4.30 pm) but there is a crab apple tree behind it that has sweet apples that I either make jelly with, or simply eat them whole.
