Ruck sack

Remember I went on a sewing week..... well here is one of the things I made - a new ruck sack for work. I bought some charm squares from a stall at Nene Quilters along with the (very very expensive) brown fabric. I cut and sewed and recut the charm squares to make a new fabric. I have tried to make the bag a bit waterproof so have a thin waterproof membrane (shower curtain), between the the top fabric and the wadding. Hopefully this will be practical on the bike. Some of the top stitching was quite hard and my machine complained a lot but its all finished now - just need to use it!
