Mourning Dove At Sunset
I must admit that I do love photographing birds perching on this barbed wire fence that is on the hill behind my house. The only down side to having the fence so close is that occasionally range cattle will come serenade me in the middle of the night. But a shot in the air from my .38 revolver generally persuades them to let me sleep. Minutes later you can still here them making tracks to the other side of the hill.
