Lucky me!

Aren't these lovely? Yesterday evening I met a friend after work and she gave me these beauties as a gift, as she had bought them off t'internet and they didn't fit. I won't be cycling in them but I will be wearing them at every possible opportunity.

She also gave me another lovely pair of what I would call 'going out shoes'. By which I mean they have a small heel and a rather cheeky little flower at the side of the strap. They are black and will look great worn with jewel-coloured tights and a skater-style skirt.

I've said that if she ever wants a photo shoot doing, as a thankyou, to give me a call.

My list of blessings that I can count is rather long.
