With water or straight?

I was invited along to the Scotch Malt Whisky Society for their launch of the mid-November out-turn especially timed for Christmas. There were some quite unusual distilleries featured this time but my favourite was from distillery number 73 - the second of their bottling's that have made their way into my whisky equivalent of cellar.
