the leaning tower in Belfast...

Had a great day with my sister - we decided to do the cultural tour of Belfast which was a lot of fun even if it was really cold! We went on the open top bus tour of the city and Belfast really has developed a lot in the last few years. The sun was shining and it was a great day out.

This picture is of the Albert Clock which they say is Belfast's answer to the leaning tower of piza. Its difficult to take a picture of the lean from the street but here I was in the Victoria Square shopping mall viewing gallery where you have wonderful views all over Belfast and the lean in the tower is actually quite dramatic. Just behind this tower on Belfast waterfront is the bigfish that I blipped a few days ago!

Lovely evening with some of the family........hopefully more of the same tomorrow!!
