Pretty in Pink

It was a cloudy day from the start. I was out with the dogs before 6.am and the light was no good at all for photography. Thank goodness I came home and took the camera out in the garden. This is a very pretty little plant I have growing in a small pot on the patio table. It makes for a very quick blip. A Rhodohypoxis “Fred Broome Pink”. I don’t think Rhodohypoxis is a very exciting name for such a pretty little flower…so pretty in pink.
I have just come in from a meeting to find Fergus the dog fretting again. Some local idiots are letting off firecrackers near our place. The sooner fireworks, except for organised public displays, are banned the better!
