Rose bud

Late night tonight and a bit rushed,home from work late and then I was off out to a talk on Injury prevention in runners, given by a Physio. I was invited to share in the talk about the work I have done with Millie and what is important from the coaches role working with athletes,in the 14 months of working together Millie has not had 1 injury which I am not sure if it is good management or good luck, I am sure it's good management.
