christmas pud
Came down this morning to see my dried fruit all nicely plumped up with brandy and cointreau :)
Got the pud made, did the greaseproof paper/foil/string/handle thing (very proud of myself) and steamed the thing for 6 hours!
Went for a big walk with dad and the dogs this afternoon down the apricot path. We picked lots of firewood - just little bits to get the fire going. Such an agreeable pastime.
Backblipped loads, starting here and now I'm going to make chicken curry for tea. The first curry I've had in months! Can't wait :)
