Red Clay

Week two of pottery and I had a bit more success on the wheel tonight. All of my pots came out ok, and I think are a bit less wobbly than last week. I'll now have six pots, vases and bowls to work with when we start the 'turning' next week. I found the red clay much nicer to work with than the grey clay, but am definitely not convinced they will all be free of air pockets.
