Birth of the future?

Passing the local Fabrication yard as evening began to fall I was struck by the size of this wind turbine designed I expect for siting off shore; it is certainly big and has a sense of grace and beauty about it; representing the engineering skill of a Scottish workforce it will be justified by many as the way forward but it and does have many detractors depending on the final destination of it and others springing up all over land and sea.
All I think, sitting on the fence from which I made the picture, is that it makes an interesting photograph. That, selfishly, is all I'm currently interested in. Shame on me!
