MONOCHROME TODAY

So I went to the Cafe Royal for beer and a burger; in 1861 I might have been slipping down oysters (which you can still do in the evenings) and the photograph would have been authentic monochrome taken on a Plate Camera. Anyway as my French teacher would say (and he did!) "Plus ça change, plus c'est la même chose" (and I did have to look it up too after all these years!)
