21 Gun Salute

Another sunny day in Edinburgh, so I went for a walk by the canal, and then down to see the building works for Edinburgh's Christmas. As I was coming back along Princes Street, there was a large bang that startled people and birds alike. My first thought was 1 o'clock gun, but then there was a second, third and on up to 21 shots in total. Turns out, it was for HRH Chuck's 65th birthday. Anyway, I managed to tweak the exposure, to catch the smoke from one of the later shots, and was pleased with the result.
