Yesterday was another of those days when time was limited. By the time I'd loaded my blip I'd realised it was too late to get a proper meal before going to work. Come to think of it, lunch wasn't up to much either. Arriving home at 5.30am I realised I was out bread and breakfast wasn't going to happen either. Missing a couple of meals wouldn't do me any harm but the tum was crying out for sustenance.

The store cupboard is always full so , calculating the distance, to make a soda loaf and a few girdle scones, griddle if you're English, took less time than it would have done to drive to the nearest 24 hour pit stop, risking that they'd sold out when I got there.

Freshly baked and laced with local honey. Now, that's what I call breakfast!
