An inviting entrance

It's been another full on day today and I'm so looking forward to some sweet sleep.

Started with a trip to another part of Lantau Island, the long way. Went to visit my friend Merrilee who'd injured her leg a few weeks ago. We usually have bible study at my house, but thought we'd have it at Merrilee's for a change.

It was lovely and different. And on our way to her home, we passed by this very gorgeous gate and entrance to quite a grand house. The house itself looked very Mediterranean and not very HK.

After that a quick lunch in our favourite Turkish restaurant, then back to DB to prepare for a cake for tomorrow and also start cooking for a dinner party. We have had a lovely gathering with some dear friends to celebrate our anniversary. Martin was keen to do something.

Early start tomorrow to finish off a cake and hopefully a whole 'date day' with my hubby.
