Clerk Of Works

I met my friend briefly for lunch today in Drymen to pass on the baby quilts that I made for her grandchildren. It was only brief as she was rushing back to lend a hand at her daughters house as she was expecting visitors for the weekend.

We have decided to change venue for our rendezvous as we have been very disappointed with the quality of food at the Potttery on our last few visits. Looks like the new venue will be The Drymen Inn. Lovely, if quick, lunch today.

I didn't take any photos at lunchtime however, as Hubby is in deepest Africa, I reckoned that he might like to see how the second phase of the landscaping is progressing.
