Another blob

Finished work and headed over for a sports massage with a new person in Dunfermline. She was recommended by a guy at work. Needed his directions to find the place as it above a hairdressers in a small back room.

Nice woman who did know her stuff. Especially when she was pressing on some muscles around my kidneys and then asked me to move my big toe. Ouch. Never fully appreciated quite how the muscles are all interconnected till then.

Came home to find that J had cooked a stir-fry. I had got sausages out this morning and had been looking forward to them all day. Will have to wait till tomorrow now.

Played around with the water stuff again. This being the best of them. Think a bigger bowl is in order to get a better shot. Tomorrows project.

J did manage to find the new Ardbeg bottling from the whisky society on line tonight. A bottle had been purchased as there aren’t too many available
