Soft morning light

The big move is underway. Our two son-in-laws and a friend are doing all the heavy moving this morning and daughters No1,2 & 3 are keeping the children occupied while I am looking after Mrs M who has not still fully recovered from her bout of pneumonia yet and is being very sensible and staying in the warm.

I was out early on the moor with Jinxy this morning and the sun was just coming up and bathing the landscape with this lovely soft light. Jinxy was full of the joys of spring and its great fun watching him run and follow scent trails through the wet grass.

For the first time since the Drift in October there was a small group of horses back on Hookney Tor which was nice to see.

I think I had the best of the day because its turned damp out now and the sun has disappeared. Mrs M and I have just had lunch of bacon sandwiches and now its time for the boys "Walk No2", His built in clock has told him its time to go!
