Journey forward

We've been royally treated today.

Following on yesterday's blip, we have for the whole of today had regular visits of both the Greater Honeyguide (Indicator indicator) (L) and Lesser Honeyguide (Indicator minor) (R) to the recovered honeycomb placed on a table in the garden.

It has not been single birds, but at times 2 or 3 of a kind were present in the garden, and whilst the Greater was the more aggressive of the two, they did spend time together feasting on the wax.

The Lesser in particular became most confiding, and I was eventually allowed to get within 2 metres of the table
