Frustrating day faffing around with cables, router, sockets, screwdrivers, laptops, filters, etc., etc., at the request of some call centre flunkies trying to get to the bottom of our internet connection issues by making us jump through hoops with some scripted list of tasks before they'll actually do anything themselves. Needless to say, all the connecting - disconnecting - reconnecting - resetting's not made a blind bit of difference.

At least this pair seem to have had a much more productive Sunday, even though Hez was a bit unwilling to be blipped in her dressing gown and Euan just scowled when I started snapping away at the two of them. He enjoys homework almost as much as housework it would seem.
