Winter Fields

It has been a lovely dry and bright day today.
First day of my week off and we decided to give my studio a good tidy.
Lots of paper and paintings sorted out any of the stuff we were throwing out taken to the recycle centre.
Later in the morning we took Maeve to the vets to have her progress checked .
Both ourselves and the vet noticed a big difference from two weeks ago and he now gave the go ahead to resume longer walks but to take care if she was jumping down out of the car. She was given more of her anti-inflammatory and we are to take her back in two weeks time when hopefully we can reduce the dose and wean her off :-)
From here we went to the garden centre to get some bulbs, I'm very late planting my bulbs this year.
We had lunch out at the local farm shop at Milton Haugh.
Back home we took Maeve out for a walk down the bridle path. The farmer was making best use of the dry weather and getting on with the ploughing.
